Went to see the clerk. She knew her business and booked me the last room for three nights. For a sold out place, it was very quiet. I managed to get my situation done, I found i could cancel my last stay. This was a different Front Dest Clerk, and within minutes I had the funds back in my account.
Stayed here on my trip to Kitimat and on the way back. Great little hotel as I was traveling with my border collie. Super clean, very comfy beds and pillows. On the way back the staff put out a bowl for my dog with a paw print place mat and a dog made out of towels. I also brought my dog in the lobby and the staff came out to see her and were super nice. Was so nice. I would 100% recommend staying here.
We had a suite at The Hillview. It had everything we needed and wanted. The kitchen was stocked well. Enjoyed the room. The only thing I would upgrade is the flooring - wish there was a hard surface instead of carpet - which is never as clean as you would like. We would stay here again. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Was an amazing stay here, we had needed a ride and we're looking for a taxi, the gentleman at the front desk offered us a ride to get something to eat since we didn't eat much that day. So kind and generous. Room was spacious and clean which we love to see. One of our best experiences guest rooms/hotels so far Thank you!
Great service & clean rooms! Me, my husband and our cat stayed here for 2 nights on our way through Vanderhoof on a long trip - we mentioned on the phone we had a cat in tow and when we arrived they had a cat made from towels on our bed and a sweet note & treat waiting for us. So sweet. We were a little weary of the age of the motel that it may not be too comfortable but we’re so suprised to find out how clean and well maintained the facility is, the beds are so comfortable! - last but not least, upon checking out the guest services sent us out with a small care package including some treats etc for the last leg of our trip. So nice!! 10/10 recommend great pricing for this level of service & comfort.
It’s a nice little town, and this hotel was really affordable. I do wish they offered more services, but overall, it was very clean and quiet. I slept really well during my stay.
It was cozy better than most hotels in my hometown. The only thing can be improved in is handicapped toilets.
